v0.0.0c & Weather Station Progress

Chipped away at a few more issues I found, and discovered a big performance improvement I could make to the Terrain/Cell generation process. There should be way less noticable micro-stuttering nows chunks of the world stream in and out.

- Fixing transition into Use Camera view
- Increasing the FOV a little in First Person
- Making the footsteps a little louder
- Fixed micro-stutter when cells update
- Fixed up the head bob
- Fixed up choppy camera movement in first and third person
- Fixed issue where you could see the players head in first-person sometimes
- Adding a moustache to the player!
- Various performance improvements
Portable Weather Station
Spent some time over the weekend and last night working on the first proper interactable gizmo; the Portable Weather Station. It's a piece of cargo you can deploy anyplace on the map and take local weather logs. It's functionally working, but I'm entirely focusing now on making the interactions feel good. Lots of physical button switches,clicky noises, etc. Here's some WIP photos. Hoping to get it into the Demo fairly soon.
